Athletic Performance
There are hundreds of techniques which are used to assist and facilitate body motion. Only a handful work great. Musculoskeletal release techniques have been used on athletes for many years. A short list of athletes include: Kaka (World famous european footballer who currently plays for AC Milan), 62% of English Premier League Teams, Lance Armstrong, Michael Jordan, Terrel Owens, and the list goes on.

We use our body everyday in various ways, (i.e.- repetitive motion, sustained positions, physical demands, and not to mention emotional stress which develops a chain reaction into different areas of the body.) Periodically, the body needs to be balanced and given a chance to rebound from all the demands we put on it. It is that simple. This applies triple for athletes.
